Directions from I-75
Take exit 131, Daniel’s Parkway west to Summerlin Boulevard. Turn left on Summerlin Boulevard and continue south for approximately one mile. You will pass Gulfcoast Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeons on the left side of the road. Make a U-turn and turn right on Summerlin Lakes Drive. Make another right on Summerlin Lakes Drive until you enter the parking lot of the building. We are on the ground floor.
Directions from U.S. 41
Take U.S. 41 south to Cypress Lake Drive. Go west and turn left on Reflection Lakes Drive which is about .6 miles. Take a quick right on Summerlin Lakes Drive for about .4 miles. You will see the office on the right. We are on the ground floor.

Directions from North Naples/Bonita:
Via US-41 (Tamiami Trail): Head south on Tamiami Trail (also called 9th Street). Just after you cross 4th Avenue North there is a right turn into the entrance and parking garage for the NCH Medical Plaza Building (311 9th Street N). There is valet parking or you can self park in the garage to the left of our building. Our office is located on the third floor of the NCH Medical Plaza.
Via I-75: Exit I-75 at Golden Gate Parkway (exit 105) headed west. It will end at an intersection with US-41 (Tamiami Trail), turn left headed south. Just after you cross 4th Avenue North there is a right turn into the entrance and parking garage for the NCH Medical Plaza Building (311 9th Street N). There is valet parking or you can self park in the garage to the left of our building. Our office is located on the third floor of the NCH Medical Plaza.
Directions from South/East of Naples and Marco Island: Head north on Tamiami Trail (US-41). After you cross the bridge and approach “downtown” Naples and 5th Avenue South turn right to stay on Tamiami Trail (US-41) headed north. After you cross the intersection with 3rd Avenue North (shopping plaza with Wynn Market and Ace Hardware on your left) you will see a left turn into the entrance and parking garage for the NCH Medical Plaza Building (311 9th Street N). There is valet parking or you can self park in the garage to the left of our building. Our office is located on the third floor of the NCH Medical Plaza.
