Dr. Scot C. Schultz is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Washington and Lee University. After earning his medical degree at the University of Miami, he completed his internship and general surgical residency at Georgetown University Hospital where he served as chief resident. Dr. Schultz received his training in thoracic and cardiovascular surgery at Wake Forest University/Baptist Medical Center where he also served as chief resident. Dr. Schultz is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. Dr. Schultz is chief of thoracic and cardiovascular surgery and director of the cardiovascular recovery unit at the NCH Healthcare System in Naples, Florida. Dr. Schultz has been selected as one of the Best Doctors in America by Best Doctors, Inc, 2009-2010.
